Brandon and Diannah Perry are a husband-and-wife business team based in Ocala, Florida, best known professionally for owning and operating Newgate Realty, LLC and for their longstanding involvement in the Thoroughbred horse industry.

Their story goes beyond real estate

Brandon and Diannah met in 2000 and built a life and business around their shared passion for Thoroughbreds. They operated Thoroughbred farms and bloodstock businesses in Florida and Kentucky, including Paragon Farms and Newgate Stud, and participated in the high-level Thoroughbred racing and sales industry. They returned to Ocala in 2014 and opened Newgate Realty in 2020.

Their connection to horses is personal as well as professional. Diannah currently owns an OTTB that she enjoys jumping and competing in hunter paces, and Brandon owns a Quarter Horse that he enjoys riding around the farm and taking on trail rides. Together, they also own pieces of over 75 Thoroughbreds currently in training.

They are also known for their philanthropy. In 2024, they were recognized as Ocala/Marion County Philanthropists of the Year, and in 2025 they received the Thoroughbred Charities of America's Allaire du Pont Leadership Award. Their charitable efforts have supported animal welfare, equestrian organizations, and community causes.
