Brandon and Diannah Perry did an outstanding job selling our farm. They handled everything from providing references and meeting with contractors to make it ready to show to rolling up their sleeves to do the blowing and sweeping themselves during the showings. They worked with me on a small budget, checked for damage after storms and did research to collect all the information up front. Brandon and Diannah communicated professionally keeping everyone in the loop every step of the way. They make themselves available at all times and deliver information with a "tell it like it is" style, which helped me understand what the market was informing us.
